Idea 7 of 52  - Mango - Value addition + Storage

From February through to April seems to be the period the Mango trees produce their juicy succulent naturally sweet fruit. The Mango trees are also abundantly present in various states in Nigeria.

The Mango fruit is high in nutrients, rich in taste and flavor and is a favorite fruit for some people, but there are some challenges to face in its growth-harvest-market cycle. They include; attack of microorganisms, short shelf life, poor handling during transportation and storage.

7 MONEY LESSONS FROM THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON

Few weeks ago I wrote a pieces on FINANCIAL CHOICES IN YOUR TWENTIES. This post is just about similar to that. As a matter of fact I wanted to tag this post 'Financial Choices in Your Twenties Part 2. But again the lessons here are not only for young people in their twenties, it is also applicable to people in their thirties or forties that are yet to secure their financial future.

The Richest Man in Babylon (authored by George S. Clason) is a must read for everyone who wants to secure his financial future; who wants to enjoy financial freedom and build a lasting wealth. I first read this book at a very young age (14 or there about). Since then I have read several other financial books, and I came to a realization that the principles contained in this book (The Richest man in Babylon) is the foundation through which many other financial books are written.

IDEA #6 - 52 WEEKS, 52 BUSINESS START-UP IDEAS

Idea 6 of 52  - Bring Back Our Ice-Cream vans

     1. The Idea

Bring back our Ice cream vans. I remember while growing up, we were attracted to the sound of the Ice-cream van as it played some tunes through its speakers. For some reasons, they seem to have reduced or even disappeared in some places despite the fact that most cities in Nigeria are still warm (‘Hot’) almost all year round. Where did they go? What happened to them? If you have some answers feel free to comment.

IDEA #5 - 52 WEEKS, 52 BUSINESS START-UP IDEAS

Idea 5 of 52  - Mobile Toilets (Accessorized with Perfumes)

1. The Idea

Necessity they say is the mother of inventions. I believe if we observe our environments and see those things that we lack, or seem to be unavailable, whether due to non-performance by Governments (community leaders), or a collective negligence towards basic societal needs, We will be presented with opportunities to innovate and make positive impact.
